Now, what makes a classic cocktail "Classic"?

Old fashioned

Old fashioned is a cocktail made by muddling sugar with bitters and adding whiskey,
Traditionally bourbon, garnishing with an orange peel presented in a rocks glass.

  1. Grab a mixing glass
  2. Pour 60ml of your favourite whiskey/bourbon.
  3. Pour 5ml of simple syrup or add an sugar cube inside the mixing glass instead
  4. Add 3 dashes of angustora bitters
  5. Add ice to the mixing glass, using your bar spoon start to stir the drink for about 20 seconds
  6. Grab a rocks glass and add ice to it
  7. Grab a strainer and place it on top of the mixing glass
  8. Pour the contents to rocks glass.
  9. Garnish with an orange peel.

Negroni

A Negroni is an Italian cocktail, made of one part gin, one part vermouth and one
part Campari, garnished with orange peel.

  2. Pour 25ml of your favourite gin
  3. Pour 25ml of Campari
  4. Pour 25ml of vermouth
  5. Add 3 dashes of orange bitters (optional)
  6. Add ice to the mixing glass, using your bar spoon start to stir the drink for about 20 seconds
  7. Grab a rocks glass and add ice to it
  8. Grab a strainer and place it on top of the mixing glass
  9. Pour the contents to the rocks glass
  10. Garnish with a orange slice

Made famous from the popular show 'sex and the city' is a classic cocktail made
with vodka,cointreau, lime juice an cranberry juice

  1. Grab a cocktail shaker
  2. Pour 50ml of vodka into the shaker
  3. Pour 20ml of cointreau into the shaker
  4. Pour 25ml lime juice into the shaker
  5. Pour 50ml of cranberry juice into the shaker
  6. Place the smaller on top of the bigger one and give it a hard hit to create a tight seal and start shaking for about 20 seconds
  7. Grab a coupe glass
  8. Place a strainer on top of the shaker and pour the contents into the coupe glass
  9. Garnish with a orange peel

Espresso Martini

The espresso martini is a cold caffeinated alcoholic drink made with espresso,
coffee liqueur, and vodka.

  2. Pour 50ml of vodka into the shaker
  3. Pour 25ml of coffee liqueur into the shaker
  4. Pour 20ml of syimple syrup preferably vanilla syrup into the shaker
  5. Pour 50ml of fresh espresso into the shaker
  6. Place the smaller shaker on top of the bigger one and give it a hard hit to creat a tight seal and give it a hard shake for about 20 seconds
  7. Place a strainer on top of the shaker and pour the contents into a coupe glass
  8. Garnish with 3 coffee beans

Mojito

Mojito is a traditional Cuban punch. The cocktail often consists of five
ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint

  2. Place a handful of mint leaves in the glass
  3. Pour 50ml of your favourite rum
  4. Pour 25ml of lime juice
  5. Pour 20ml of simple syrup
  6. Top up the glass with crushed ice
  7. Add soda water
  8. With a bar spoon mix the contents together
  9. Garnish with a mint spring and a lime wheel

Whiskey sour

Whiskey sour is a mixed drink containing whiskey, lemon juice, sugar,
and optionally, a dash of egg white

  2. Pour in 60ml of your favorite whiskey
  3. Pour 25ml of lemon juice
  4. Pour 15ml-20ml of simple syrup
  5. Pour 26ml of egg whites or a vegan alternative 'aquafaba'
  6. Without any ice in the shaker ,give it a hard shake to emulsify the egg white to create foam, this is called a dry shake.
  7. Now pour ice in the shaker and shake for 20 seconds
  8. Grab a rocks glass and add ice to it
  9. Place a strainer on top of the shaker and pour the contents
  10. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or dashes of angustora bitters

Margarita

Margarita is a cocktail consisting of Tequila, triple sec, and lime juice often served
with salt on the rim of the glass.

  2. Pour in 50ml of Tequila
  3. Pour in 25ml of lime juice
  4. Pour in 25ml of cointreau
  5. Place ice in shaker and shake for about 20 seconds
  6. Grab a coupe glass and rim the glass with salt
  7. Grab a strainer and place it on top of shaker and pour contents into the coupe glass
  8. Garnish with a lime wheel

Martini

The martini is a cocktail made with gin and vermouth, and garnished with an olive
or a lemon twist. Over the years, the martini has become one of the best-known
cocktail.it is usually stirred, but also shaken if youre James Bond
